Billing questions
Can I switch plans?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated to the day. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Do unused verifications roll over?
No. Your monthly allowance resets on your billing date each month. Additional verifications beyond your plan are billed at $0.40 each.
How does the free trial work?
We set up a trial after a short call, once we've confirmed we can reach the payers you bill. You get 14 days, and no card is needed to start.
Why is there no self-serve signup?
Because a verification you can't trust is worse than no verification. Confirming payer connectivity before you run a check against a real client is a step we'd rather do on a call than let you discover afterwards.
